FAQ
HOW DO I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
Once a date and time has been set, you’ll receive an invoice for a non-refundable booking fee of R1000. Once this has been paid, your booking is secured and confirmed. The balance of payment is then due two days before the confirmed session.
CAN I RESCHEDULE?
Once booked, you may reschedule your session up to two times, provided the photographer is available for the new date. Should the photographer be
unavailable, the booking fee will be forfeited. Should you need to reschedule more than twice, the booking fee is forfeited and a new booking fee will be due to confirm the next available date.
WHAT IS THE NUMBER LIMIT FOR FAMILY MEMBERS?
There is no set limit on numbers, however family sessions with larger numbers and extended family are structured very differently and more formally, compared to the more loose and natural sessions containing only
immediate family. Please confirm your family numbers beforehand.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD FOR OUR SESSION?
If we have planned an outdoor session we can either move the session to an indoor / home session, or we can reschedule due to the weather at no cost.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
It’s generally more a question of what NOT to wear; garish colours/prints, loud branding or cartoon prints etc. If you’d like some guidance, I can send you some mood boards to assist you.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
This is dependent on the session.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS FROM YOU?
The standard turnaround time is 4 weeks; however it may be sooner than this. Should you require it, a 48hr “rush” may be placed on your session for an additional fee.
DO YOU KEEP A BACKUP OF MY PHOTOS?
A backup will only be on-file for 2 months. It is your responsibility to download and backup your image files (it’s best to do this to multiple hard drives and clouds).
ARE YOU KEEN TO TRAVEL?
Yes! I am always keen to capture photos near and far. Additional travel and accommodation will be billed for according to your specific shoot needs.
