Heartfelt congrats on your engagement, and thank you for your interest in my photographic services for your best-day-ever. Here, you will find my package info, rates and T&C’s, as well as a few helpful answers to some frequently asked questions.
I have been photographing love stories for well over 15 years, and have captured over 200 weddings.
I adore this job.
I live for honest and candid moments; and I truly believe that these are the ones you’ll treasure the most. It’s also really important that you enjoy your day and spend as much time with your loved ones as possible.
For this reason my work is focused on an organic and documentary approach to capture your day. We have fun and prioritise natural moments throughout, even during our portrait sessions. This means no weird poses or stiff moments. No “pinterest boards” or “check lists” either. I will capture every detail of your beautiful day, telling the story as and how it happens.
Professionalism is very important to me, but more so, is ensuring you have a relaxed and enjoyable time while I am snapping away. My priority is always that you enjoy every moment for your best day.
I also totally get that not everyone is comfortable in front of a lens! Fear not, I keep things very relaxed and fuss-free; only
guiding you if and when you need it.

FAQ
HOW DO WE SECURE OUR BOOKING?
Payment of the ZAR 8000 non-refundable booking fee and receipt of your signed photography contract confirms your booking. Until both are received, your date remains open.
CAN WE CHANGE OUR DATE?
Every effort will be made to accommodate up to 2 date changes, however this depends on availability, and may result in cancellation and forfeit of the booking fee.
DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND SHOOTER?
I work onmy own to keep things as simple and unobtrusive as possible. Should you wish to have a second photographer for the day, or if this is recommended due to a larger guest party or your specific requirements for your day, this will be added and charged as an optional extra.
DO WE PLAN THE TIMELINE TOGETHER?
Yes, this is an absolutely integral part of the planning process. It’s important to plan your day around optimal lighting conditions, and ensure that you have plenty of time to enjoy your day with your guests too. We will run through this when we meet.
DO YOU WORK OVERTIME?
Of course, life happens and timing plans go out the window. Additional time will be invoiced for after the wedding at the standard hourly rate.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
Approximately 50-80 photos per hour shoot time. However, you will receive as many good photos that are captured throughout your day - there is no ‘cut-off’ number.
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE A MEAL FOR YOU?
Yes. It’s generally best to seat me somewhere near the action, so that I don’t miss out on any important moments. Please also ensure that I am fed at the same time as your guests so that I am available for speeches/dancing after food service.
DO YOU KEEP A BACKUP OF MY PHOTOS?
Yes, I will have a backup of your photos on files for a minimum of 3 months. However it is best to create your own backups as soon as you receive the images.
ARE YOU KEEN TO TRAVEL?
Yes! I am always keen to capture stories near and far. Additional travel and accommodation will be billed for according to your specific wedding needs.
